Double shaft crusher

This machine, studied for crushing and working inerts, is available
in three different typologies of feeding, three different charging points.
The main characteristic, the real novelty of this machine, is the uniform movement of the mobile jaw, obtained thanks to two eccentric shafts.

The traditional crushers produce an almost swinging movement which reduces the capacity of crushing in the central part of the jaw.
This new machine eliminates this type of movement and permits that the material becames crushed as well as crushing, also by friction.
This means a movement of the mobile jaw sincronized on all the surface and consequently an uniform wear of the same jaw and in less measure.
All this in practical terms means more productivity and savings.
This machine is equipped also of an oil-pressure regulation system, which permits a speedy regulation of the sizes and to turn in anticlockwise sense, so that the not-crushed material can be removed avoiding damaging obstructions.
