Double shaft impact crusher

Studied for crushing and working inerts, this machine can be used also as a concrete crusher and is available in three models each featuring a different feeding. Its revolutionary characteristic is the uniform movement of its jaw obtained combining two eccentrically moving shafts.

While traditional crushers produce a movement reducing crushing effectiveness around the centre of the jaw, this new machine exploits a different principle and permits the crushing of materials through friction. This movement, distributed all over its surface, results in an even jaw wear, reducing costs and increasing productivity. Its inbuilt oil pressure regulation system allows a quick regulation of material sizes and a reversal of rotation to remove non-crushed material and avoid damaging obstructions.
