Double shaft crusher

The main characteristic, the real novelty of this machine, is the uniform movement of its mobile jaw, obtained thanks to two eccentric shafts. The traditional crushers produce an almost swinging movement which reduces the capacity of crushing in the central part of the jaw. This new machine eliminates this type of movement and allows materials to be crushed as well as crushing also by friction. This means a movement of the mobile jaw synchronized on the whole surface and eventually an uniform and lesser wear of the jaw itself.

All this in practical terms means more productivity and savings. This machine is equipped also with an oil pressure regulation system, which permits a quick regulation of sizes and a counter-clockwise rotation, so that non-crushed material can be removed avoiding damaging obstructions.
