Screen vibrating

The Vibrating Screen definitely makes concrete mixing and spraying run much smoother. The Vibrating Screen is especially designed to fit on the hopper of the EHP 1500 and EHP 2000 pump. It's sole purpose is to filter out wrong-size aggregate and trash that often comes in aggregate and/or concrete from Ready Mix plants. Also, sand or aggregate may not always mix well.

This screen is not intended for the mixer. The dimensions are such that the mixer will dump directly into the screen. The screen is equipped with an air-powered turbine vibrator, the most durable and quietest vibrator available. It sits on isolators so aggregate has less tendency to pack the concrete in the pump.

There are many companies who are a leading designer and custom manufacturer of vibrating screen systems. The screen systems are used to remove water or to size material and vary in size with widths of up to 10ft and lengths of up to 24ft, or for scalping, dry or wet sizing, dewatering, trash removal, desliming or media recovery.

Typical materials that may be processed include coal, coke, crushed stone, sand and gravel, iron ore, potash, phosphate, copper, all forms of metallic and nonmetallic minerals, fertilizers, paper pulp, wood chips, bark, foundry sand, clay, shale and 1,001 other mined and industrial materials.
